Youth Forum Program

Expand your understanding of Mental Well-Being and become the agent of change in your life!

The LDAYS Peer Support Group provides a safe space for individuals between the ages 19 to 29 with Learning Disabilities and / or ADHD to share their lived experience and get emotional and mental supports from their peers and trained facilitator who understands LD/ADHD challenges and strengths.

The facilitator will offer various strategies, resources, and steps to overcome different challenges while allowing the participants to share their own experience and milestones.

Group meets virtually on the first Wednesday of every month
(September to June) 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
