Homework & Beyond

This program is designed for students who need extra support completing homework and developing social skills during the school year.
Facilitators meet with students once a week in a supportive group environment to:

Assist with homework completion and understanding.

Build important social skills, such as making friends, self-advocacy, and addressing bullying.

Provide a positive space for learning and personal growth.
Eligibility:

Children must have a diagnosed or suspected learning disability and/or ADHD.

Students must be ages 8–12*
How the program works:

Sessions take place in person at 9030 Leslie St, Unit 216, Richmond Hill.

Students attend once a week for two hours (4:00 PM–6:00 PM).

The program runs twice a year, offering six-week sessions in both the fall and spring.
Program Costs:
-
For the 2025/2026 school year, this program is offered at a subsidized fee of $50.
*Students outside the 8-12 age range may register and will complete an intake process to determine if the program is the right fit.
