Adults are welcome to attend our Virtual Support Group to participate in the opportunity to network with individuals with LD’s and/or ADHD, meet new people that can relate to what you are going through, express your feelings openly and comfortably, build self-esteem, problem solve and share successes. All while learning different strategies to deal with and manage your Learning Disability and/or ADHD.

Benefits of joining the Adult Support Group:

  • Enhancing knowledge and understanding of Learning Disabilities and ADHD.
  • Connecting with others with similar shared experiences and building a support network.
  • Increasing self-understanding and self-awareness.
  • Developing life, emotional, social, self-care, academic and employment strategies and skills.

Wednesday nights 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Our adult group is currently held via zoom.

This is a FREE program but requires first time registration.

Registered individuals may attend any of the listed dates above.
